Vos missions.
- Analyse des rejets et traitement des anomalies
- Gestion des litiges et suivi des dossiers
- Relation et accompagnement des clients
- Utilisation quotidienne des outils informatiques
- Suivi administratif et comptable
Profil recherché.
- Bac +2 en Comptabilité obligatoire
- Excellent relationnel et sens du service client
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome
- Disponible rapidement
